It's not so easy to choose your favorites . . but fun to get everyone involved in selecting the best shots.

You can choose up to 70 images

with which to tell your story.

Hot Tip !

to choose the order of your photos rename your files 1.jpg, 2.jpg, etc

no need to resize your photos - we will take care of all that

go ahead - feel free to edit your photos before sending them . . add titles, captions, borders and effects . . they are your photos - you say what looks best

copy up to 70 photos onto cd, dvd, memory stick or memory cards - send it to us and we will return them safely to you with your finished product

not sure how to copy them? maybe you don't have a cd burner? . . . no problem - we will send you a usb flash stick to copy your photos onto

why can't i upload my photos? we thought about this and we found that 70 photos for most people takes a long time - in general your broadband upload speed is a fraction of your download speed

please do not include video captures - the problem with video is that once we have edited it - you may not agree that that was the best bit you were looking for

Frequently asked questions:

how do i send my photos to you?

you have a choice: either send us a disc, memory card or flash drive - or - we will send you a flash drive to transfer your pictures to together with a pre-paid envelope to return them in.

how quickly will i receive my product after sending my photos?

we endevour to send your product within 7 days of receiving your photos.

will you return my photos?

we will return any media you sent us along with your product.

what do you do with my photos after my order is complete?

we delete all your photos from our equipment but keep an archive copy of your movie for 6 months, in case you should require further copies, after which the archive will be destroyed.

when i receive my product, am i allowed to copy the disc to distrubute as i like?

yes - you can make your own copies or we can make copies for you and send them along with your order.

if i choose your Youtube offer - will my video be private? or will anyone be able to view my movie?

our Youtube offer is sent to you via a web link to the video. Only people who know this unique link can see your video. It will not be available by searching Youtube web site.If you choose to share this link or embed it onto your web page or facebook page - then those people you share with will also be able to view it.

can i choose what order my photos are displayed in the movie?

yes - simply rename your files with sequential numbers - for example : 1.jpg 2.jpg 3.jpg etc

Moving Moments can not be held responsible for the content of your photos.

Moving Moments can not be held responsible for the quality of your photos. out of focus shots or grainy pictures may be more evident whilst viewing playback on large screens.

Media sent to Moving Moments for processing should be sent in suitable packaging. Moving Moments can not be held responsible for media damaged in transit to us. We will ensure that returned items will be suitably protected in transit to you.

Moving Moments can not be held responsible for playback issues caused by scratches or damage caused during use. We use quality brand assured discs which will be quality checked before and after burning. Please ensure discs are handled with care and always stored in protective cases when not in use.

MovingMoments can not be held responsible for damage to presentation cases. We inspect the case before sending and will ensure you have a case free from defects.

Moving Moments can not be held responsible for products not playable in hardware not able to playback the media. Please ensure your hardware is capable of playing DVD discs and especially AVCHD content in regards to bluray players and game consoles.

Moving Moments regret that sometimes the postal service may not be as fast as we would like. Moving Moments can not be held responsible for delays in transit. This may be due to poor service, bank holidays or strike action.

Please ensure your customer details and posting details are accurate. Moving Moments can not be held responsible for communication sent to incorrect addresses if the data supplied is innacurate.

additional copies of your movie will not be supplied in presentation cases but we do offer to supply additional cases if required. please contact us with your personal requirement and we will be happy to supply a quotation for them.

your photos will be deleted from our systems once the movie has been produced. a master copy of your movie will be archived for 6 months in case you should require further copies, after which this too will be destroyed. please contact us as soon as possible if you should require further copies or other formats after receiving your products.

youtube and mp4 media will be deleted after 6 months from completion of your order. if you chose to share your movie with the youtube offer we recommend purchasing the mp4 option also. this way you can keep the mobile version and this is in an ideal format to upload to your own youtube account or other media sharing facilities.
